A troop of monks from the Shaolin Temple embark on a mission to get the Golden Sutra to Tibet after the Shaolin Abbot is killed by their traitorous teacher. They are joined on their quest by a beautiful, female warrior – with aims to avenge her father's death. They traverse forests and mountains on their mission, all the while fighting off deadly ninja assassins, vicious gangsters and even the undead.

고려 무덕관을 상해에 세운 이관장은 중국십팔계 장관장과 뜻을 모아 항일 동지회를 구성한다. 일본군 특무대 소좌 하라다관장은 항일동지회를 없애려고 계획한다. 한중동지회에 참석차 가던 이소룡의 아버지인 이관장이 사무라이의 칼에 쓰러진다. 이소룡은 일본도장을 습격해 사범인 무라다와 많은 제자들을 쳐부순다. 이 사건으로 하라다는 이소룡을 중국 치안대에 처치해 줄 것을 부탁한다. 치안대의 성룡은 한중동지회에 자금을 대는 황백선이 테러를 당하지 않고 하라다와 가까이 지내는 것을 수상히 여긴다. 하라다는 부하들에게 이소룡과 성룡을 없애라고 지시한다. 하라다는 갖은 술책으로 성룡과 이소룡을 죽이려 하지만 두사람의 활약에 사무라이들이 낙엽처럼 떨어진다. 사태가 불리함에 도망치는 하라다를 이소룡의 분노는 하라다의 몸을 나무토막처럼 쓰러뜨린다.

It is the story of two sister snakes that want to feel what it is to be human and one of them needs to know what it is to feel human love.
