The tumultuous relationship of a married couple that ends in murder.
Ting Sau-Ling (Jacqueline Ng) is kidnapped by a gang in Shenzhen but she's rescued by Lau Koon (Robert Mak Tak-Law). The two get to know each other--in order to survive Lau Koon resolutely sneaks into Hong Kong to kill the gang.Ting Kwok-Bo (Lau Dan), gang leader and acquaintance of Lau Koon, pleads to him and sends May (Isabel Leung Pooi-Woo) to be his lover. Tensions rise as the love triangle between Sau-Ling, Lau Koon, and May is complicated by the conspiracies of the gangs of Hong Kong.

혹독한 훈련과 규율때문에 졸업하기가 힘든 홍콩 최고의 경찰전문학교. 이 학교에 강력계의 베테랑 경찰인 이응(이수현 분)이 부교장으로 부임해 온다. 그곳은 심한 내부 통제로 인해 쥐새끼 하나 꼼짝 못할 정도로 분위기가 경직돼 있다. 반드시 자율적인 규율로 전문 경찰인을 만들겠다고 생각하는 이응. 그러나 부임 첫날부터 사고방식이 다른 종 교관과 사사건건 대립하게 된다. 그러던 중, 억압된 통제와 규율을 견디지 못해 혈기 넘치는 몇몇 생도들이 탈출을 하는 사건이 발생하자 이응은 경찰전문학교 사상 처음으로 여자인 당 교관을 불러 들인다. 이응은 당교관과 함께 학교의 분위기를 바꾸어 놓는 등 맹목적인 복종과 엄한 처벌을 앞세우기보다는 학생들로 하여금 스스로 느끼고 잘못을 반성하게 하여 미래에 대한 희망과 경찰의 자존심을 일깨울수 있는 교육을 실천하는데. 한편 종 교관은 학생 2명을 위장 전입시켜 학생들의 일거수 일투족을 감시한다. 눈에 거슬리는 행동을 적발할 때마다 심한 체벌과 가혹한 폭력을 일삼는 종교관. 어느날, 노점상을 하던 어머니가 병원에 실려갔다는 소식을 들은 학생 황위걸은 종교관의 방에서 몰래 전화를 하다 발각된다. 종교관은 학생들을 향한 본보기로 황위걸에게 심한 구타를 가한다. 분노로 치를 떠는 황위걸은 경찰전문학교로부터 탈출을 감행하고. 학교는 비상이 걸린다. 이를 계기로 이응과 종교관은 화해를 하게 된다. 그러나 곧 학교가 폐교의 위기에 처하게 되는데.

comic book illustrator Simon Loui loses job and girlfriend is pissed off about him. So he gets drunk and wishes upon a star ... just as a spaceship is flying overhead, and an alien buzzes out and follows him home. Using his comic drawings on the walls as a guide, the alien assumes human form (to become Jacqueline Law) and calls herself Mah-Hey. Girlfriend gets understandably upset and walks out. Artist and Mah-Hey get jobs in a new firm, where she gives him support and help to succeed where he failed before. In between, Mah-Hey drinks water by the large bucketload, occasionally helps artist win fights, and looks into his dreams while he sleeps.
