A young couple engage in a suicide pact, and slit their wrists together. However, only the woman, who is already suffering from cancer, dies. Three donors give her lover a life-saving blood transfusion. Each of the three has a rare blood type, and each has his, or her, own secrets. The trio become a target for the girl's vengeful spirit. 신구의 어느날 밤, 홍콩 레옹(주성치 분)은 귀신을 쫓기위해 애쓰던 중 우연히 건물 옥상에서 날뛰던 이씨 부부가 땅으로 떨어져 추락사한다. 한을 품고 숨이 끊긴 두사람. 홍콩레옹이 자신들을 죽였다고 믿고 회혼야에 돌아올 것을 다짐한다. 회혼야. 즉 혼이 돌아오는 밤이 되면 억울하게 한을 품고 죽은 귀신들이 다시 돌아오는 날이다. 홍콩레옹은 귀신들을 물리치기 위해 미궁에 빠진 신구에서의 잇단 사고를 해결하기 위해 일하는 보안대와 함께 작업에 나선다. 결국 홍콩 레옹은 이씨부부의 원한을 풀어 저승으로 돌려보낸다. 아직 귀신을 구분할 줄 모르는 보안대를 교육키기 위해 홍콩레옹은 여러 작업에 나서고, 홍콩레옹의 능력에 반한 이웃집의 아군은 홍콩레옹을 사랑하게 된다. 홍콩 레옹은 이씨부부의 증언으로 그들의 아들과 며느리가 그들을 해친 범인이라는 것을 알게 되고, 이씨부부의 극락왕생을 위해 아들 부부를 쫓아낸다. 이에 충격을 받은 아들은 실수로 건물에서 떨어져 죽게되고, 며느리 또한 살고싶지 않다며 자살한다. 홍콩레옹에 또다시 보복을 다짐하며 회혼야를 기다린다. 드디어 다가온 회혼야. 보안대의 노력은 무위로 끝나고, 이제 혼자남은 홍콩레옹. 그러나 홍콩 레옹이 혼귀에 밀려 위기일발일 때 혼귀의 어머니와 아들이 나타나 혼귀를 막아주는데..

This is apparently a true story about Ching Man Fei, played by the very pretty Alice Lau, who has been blind since six months old and lives with her family in Canton, China. She is about 17 in the role, though Ms. Lau looks older. Ching wants to study, to learn, but her family does not really want that. Throughout the first part of this film, people say to and about her that she is a burden, that she had to do something evil in a past life etc. The family maid Wo becomes the one person who truly believes in her, taking her around the city and answering her questions about everything and eventually being instrumental in her being able to study. The scenes together of Ching and Wo are terrific, you feel the love and trust between them. There are people who pass by in Ching's life, a blind beggar street girl named Jade and a radio actor, who helps her, but their characters are underdeveloped, as if they really were blips in this person's life (perhaps they were).

Teresa Mo as the daughter just returned from studying in France; Leslie Cheung as the friend who came in tow; Tony Leung Kar Fai as the cartoonist son who can only speak normally when he is anxious; Anita Yuen as the woman who Tony Leung's character falls in love with; Carol "Do Do" Cheng as her flat-chested, disciplinary-cum-art teacher sister; Raymond Wong as the eldest son who cannot handle alcohol well; Petrina Fung Bo Bo as his estranged wife; Sean Lau as the marriage-minded cousin; and Kwan Tak Hing as the eccentric-but-definitely-not-senile grandfather.

A Hong Kong diva dies of a heart attack during a rehearsal with her faithful servant. Unaware of her death, the servant goes about her life as usual, until she is visited by the diva's spirit. The diva coaxes her servant into believing that the only way to bring her back to life is to find her long lost love, Prince Charming. 91년에 금상장 남우주연상을 수상한 양가휘의 고지식한 관리 임충 역할이 돋보이며, 수려한 용모와 청순한 연기로 홍콩 영화팬들의 사랑을 받고 있는 왕조현이 현모양처인 임충 부인 역을 맡아 국가에 대한 충절과 무림의 의리를 그린 무술 영화이다. 80만 근위군의 교관인 임충은 강직한 성격의 불의를 모르는 자로서, 무예에 심취하여 얼마간의 무예서를 집필하기도 한 장수다. 어느날 상관이며 태위인 고구의 팔순잔치에 장수를 기원하기 위해 장수면을 보낸다. 이를 괘씸하게 여긴 고구는 임충을 생일잔치 날 심복인 육겸과 비교시키며 임충의 의향을 떠본다. 기분이 상한 임충에게 임충 부인은 관직을 떠나기를 권하지만, 임충은 계속 관직에 남기를 고집한다. 거리에 나가 여가를 즐기고 있던 임충 앞에서, 노지심이라는 승려가 무술 시범을 보인다. 노지심은 원래 관직에 있었던 자로, 주위의 간신배들 때문에 관직을 그만둔 후, 의적인 양산과 관계를 맺고 있었다. 노지심의 무예에 흥미를 느끼고 있던 차에, 망나니 고구 아들의 행패로부터 아내를 보호해 준 노지심에게 고마움을 느끼고 마음이 통하여 집으로 데려온다. 밤낮 없이 무예를 논하며, 무술 연습을 하던 두사람은 결국 의형제를 맺어 노지심이 의형이 되는데.

A large family decide that they must find a bigger place because their current flat is too cramped and triads are threatening to burn them down to pass a message on to somebody down the corridor. So after being mucked around by an agent selling a house in the country, they move into a dilapidated house. They then discover that it is going to be torn down and a huge shopping centre erected.

Kui (Wong Ka Kui), Keung (Steve Wong), Chung (Paul Wogn) and Wing (Wing Yip) are four buddies who are all very enthusiastic about music. Together they form a band called Beyond. In order to fulfill his family's emigration dream, Kui works round the clock to earn money and exhausts himself to sickness. Keung wants to build a successful career, but only finds himself being framed by his boss. Chung's childhood dream was to become a police officer, but he is rejected due to his weak body. Wing wants to study music at Hong Kong University, but his girlfriend (Faye Wong) and her parents pressure him into medicine. Can they find their ways again through friendship and music?
