High school student Yuki suffers from a chronic disease and has lost hope for living. One day she has a life-changing encounter with Aki, her destructive classmate with a beautiful singing voice. Together they decide to form a band with Yusuke who secretly has feelings for Yuki.

Emi, a singer-songwriter left behind by the times and her manager Shinta have to deal with the idol business, FM radio assault, rent arrears, caring for an elder agent, weddings, funerals, social network literacy, and part-time work shifts. 2034, Japan is divided into North and South parts. In the South, people live a peaceful life, while conflicts are going on in the North. For Yoriko, a nurse in the North, her sole consolation is to visit where she can access her late daughter’s lifetime information. One day, Yoriko is abducted, but she learns that dead individual’s total memories are preserved as in the South,a nd that her daughter is still alive in that form.

Saori, a school girl, is molested on the notorious "molester train" of the Hanagawa line and rescued by another school girl who witnesses the act. The girl who rescues her turned out to be a new student of the same high school Saori attends. The mysterious new student Yuriko is rumoured to be a "parent killer". Yuriko then leads Saori and her friends to hunt molesters.
