에이프릴의 방송을 보던 중, 거북이들은 자신들이 태어나게 된 원인에 대해서 알 수 있는 단서를 얻는다. 그리고 거북이들은 사부인 스플린터의 말에 따라 그것의 원인이 되었던 TGRI를 찾아가 그 물질을 손에 넣으려 하지만 실패하고, 자신들의 근원에 대해 알 수 있는 것을 놓쳐 낙심하게 된다. 그러던 중 피자배달부인 케노 덕분에 더 풋의 본거지를 알게 되고 그곳을 찾아가는 데, 그곳에서 생각지도 못한 인물을 만나게 되는데...
Jack Callow
마르다는 어릴 때부터 신통력을 가진 타고난 영매. 아버지와 함께 지방 교회를 돌며 미래를 예언해주고 돈을 벌어 살아간다. 어느 날 마르다가 예언한 살인이 실제로 일어나자 기자와 경찰, 그리고 누군가에게 고용된 해결사 킬러가 마르다를 추적한다. 피살자는 화학공장의 근로자로 당국의 안전감사 직전에 피살되어 신문기자 개리는 점점 의혹을 갖는다. 그러나 와인버그 경감은 악덕기업주 사일러스에게 매수되어 수사는 하지 않고 도리어 정보를 제공해주다 나중에야 수사에 나선다. 마르다는 또다시 있을 화학공장의 사고와 죽음을 예언하고, 그 또한 적중하자 그때까지 마르다의 신통력을 믿지 않던 개리도 킬러의 이름을 알려달라고 애원한다.

Running out of dough to buy more dough, he hires himself as a "Town Tamer" and begins cleaning up Hadleyville, Texas, telling the lowlife street scum, "You got three choices. Be good, be gone, or be dead." Like all bacteria, the scum are resistant: crime boss Aldo Palucci (Robert Davi) brings in the dreaded Guzik brothers to rid the town of the town tamer, setting the stage for a showdown in the streets.
