In the aftermath of the Titans' conflict that concluded into Optimus Prime's death, the rest of the Transformers must stand together in order to stop Megatronus from wiping out their species forever. Baton is a collection of three 20-minute Sci-fi anime films dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the establishment of Yokohama city. On Planet Abel, human-like robot Apollo (Ichihara Hayato, Rookies) and robot-like human Mikaru (Ueto Aya, Azumi) come upon a stowaway robot with a mysterious "Cipher" chip. Not knowing Cipher's powers, Apollo takes the chip for fun, throwing both him and Mikaru headfirst into a mind-boggling mystery that affects the past, present, and future.

글도 읽을 줄 모르고 오로지 TV에서 나오는 음악에 맞춰 춤을 추는게 전부인 비비스(Beavis: 마이크 저지 목소리 분)와 버트헤드(Butt-head: 마이크 저지 목소리 분)가 TV를 도둑 맞는다. TV를 새로 살 욕심으로 비비스와 버트헤드는 이를 승낙, 라스베가스로 가서 달라스를 만난다. 한편, 훔친 화학무기 X-5를 이용하여 워싱턴에서 테러를 계획하고 있는 달라스는 FBI의 추적을 받고 있는 상황. 달라스는 비비스와 버트헤드가 다투는 틈을 이용해 비비스의 바지 안에 화학무기를 숨기고 워싱턴까지 가는 대륙횡단버스에 태워 보낸다. 아무 것도 모르는 비비스와 버트헤드는 워싱턴으로 가는 곳곳에서 말썽을 일으키는데, FBI는 이들을 테러범으로 오인하고 전국에 지명수배한다. 우여곡절 끝에 위싱턴에 도착한 이들은 다른 관광객들과 함께 백악관을 구경하러 나서는데 마침 이 시간 백악관에서는 X-5가 도난당했다는 기자 회견이 열리고 있다. 자신들이 무시무시한 화학무기를 지니고 있는지 모른 채 비비스와 버트헤드는 백악관 이곳 저곳을 구경하는데.
