죠(마이클 모리어티 분)는 미개인의 의식을 조사 중 헤어진 처인 새리(질 갓스비 분)로부터 아들의 위기 연락을 받는다. 새리와 살고 있는 제레미(릭키 아디슨 리드 분)가 정신병에 걸려있기 때문에 아들을 데려가 주면 좋겠다고 한다. 그곳에서 죠는 죽은 숙모 클라라(준 하복 분)가 남겨준 집에서 아들을 키우게 된다. 어느날 흡혈귀의 습격을 피해온 여성이 죠에게 구원을 청한다. 이 마을에는 300년전의 무서운 과거의 사실을 안고 있는 흡혈귀가 살았던 마을이었다. 이 흡혈귀가 마침내 등장하고 죠는 성수를 무기로 흡혈귀와 싸운다.
