라이커는 특수부대 출신으로 현재 돈을 받고 일하는 용병이다. 어느날 전 세계 무기거래상인 칼 케스로부터 엄청난 양의 무기들이 봉인되어 있는 체르노빌에서 그 무기들을 회수해달라는 의뢰를 받는다. 라이커 일행은 의뢰를 받아들이고 체르노빌에 도착하지만 CIA가 그들을 감시하고 의문의 생채합성 드론이 그들을 공격하기 시작한다. 칼 케스는 생채합성 무기인 드론을 미국에 팔기위해 라이커 일행을 끌어들여 성능을 홍보하려 했던 것이다. 이 모든걸 알게 된 라이커는 분노의 작전을 펴게 되는데...
