끔찍한 바이러스가 뉴올리언즈를 덮치자 사람들이 전부 좀비들로 변해버린다. 그 시각 미국 부통령은 캠페인을 벌이기 위해 뉴올리언즈 지역을 방문 중이었고 CIA는 급히 네이비 실 대원들을 파견하여 부통령과 함께 바이러스를 치료제를 개발할 박사들을 구출하라는 명령을 내린다. 하지만 그들의 임무는 뜻대로 되어가지 않고 대원들은 점점 위험에 빠지기 시작한다.
