Beate Rotermund-Uhse was a German entrepreneur. An aerobatic pilot, she founded the world's first sex store in Flensburg in 1962. Beate Uhse AG, listed on the stock exchange, was a market player in the erotic accessories trade. The erotic channel Beate-Uhse.TV was named after her.
