평화로운 섬 '코코넛 피트의 보물섬'은 팝스타 출신의 코코넛 피트가 운영하는 해변 휴양지이다. 어느날 나타난 연쇄살인범이 손님들을 하나 둘 살해하기 시작하면서 휴양지는 공포의 도가니에 빠진다.
매니아들의 사랑을 받았던 포복절도 경찰 코미디 '슈퍼 트루퍼스(Broken Lizard's Super Troopers)'의 멤버들이 재결합해서 만든 뒤죽박죽 호러 코미디물.
Art Direction

쏘니, 맥, 래비트, 포스터, 파버는 캐나다 국경 근처 버몬트 주의 한적한 마을에서 근무하고 있는 순찰 대원들. 그들은 단속에 걸린 운전자를 골탕 먹이는 등 괴상한 행동을 일삼아 악명이 드높았는데, 주지사가 예산을 삭감하기 위해 순찰 초소를 폐쇄하기로 하자 일대 비상에 걸린다. 당장 생계에 위협을 받게 된 순찰 대원들은 존 오하간 대장의 지휘 하에 주지사의 조치를 철회할 방법을 찾는데.
