Oregon, 1980: Jane, Elaine and Louise are all feeling the effects of inflation and cannot afford the high cost of living. Jane cannot afford a babysitter or get married and if she wants privacy with her boyfriend, she has to sleep in the car. Even worse, her war veteran father comes to live with her to turn her life upside down. Louise lives a happy life with her veterinarian husband, Albert. She runs an antique shop on the side, but since it doesn't take in any profit, the IRS considers it a hobby. She needs to come up with the money to keep it going, or she will be trouble with the IRS. Elaine's husband has left her for another woman and without any money. She is in a constant struggle with banks, power companies, and gas stations. She needs money to get by and also catches the eye of police officer Jack. The local mall is having a contest that features a giant money ball that states it will help fight the inflation.

The Cheeseville Cat Defense is ruthlessly efficient at keeping cats out of the city, so the cats trick Mighty Mouse into luring them out.

In this Cinemascope Terrytoon, Spoofy is a zany little fox that comes to life on the animator's drawing board and subdues a western gunslinger with trick props and gadgets.

To the tune of rhyme and music, a puppy eats Mother Hubbard out of house and cupboard and goes off to seek his fortune and make amends. He meets many nursery-rhyme characters along the way. And his appetite grows larger.

The clockmaker's dog runs off to join the school that trains the famous St. Bernard rescue dogs in the Swiss Alps, but he is rejected. Meanwhile, the clockmaker goes searching for his pet and is lost. His dog finds him in an unorthodox way. He is rewarded for his work and returns to his master's home to bask in glory while the clockmaker makes a clock commemorating the event.

According to Aesop, Philip, a little fish who lives at the bottom of the sea with his dogfish, catfish, shark and other classmates in the school of fish, desires to become the first flying fish. His horrified friends ostracize him for his strange wish, but he practices until he is able to fly, but the birds flee in terror at the sight of a flying fish. When a pelican invades the ocean-bottom and proceeds to scoop up Phillip's ex-playmates in his large bill, Philip takes to the air and drives off the villainous bird. Philip is now a hero and the fish establish a flying school in his honor...according to Aesop Terrytoon.

A leprechaun tells his story to a judge of how he came to be arrested for drinking from a park fountain.

When Percy the Cat attempts to blow up Little Roquefort with a cannon, he is visited by his "good angel." Unknown to the cat, the angel is Little Roquefort in disguise.

A favorite plot at the studio: a character running around the house being terrorized mostly by his own imagination. A sure-fire setup for freak-out animation by Jim Tyer, Carlo Vinci, Conrad "Connie" Rasinski (the director, after whose dog "Pago" was named) and Paul Sommer.

In the icy north pole country, Willie the Walrus's girl friend dumps him for a big, muscular specimen the girls all swoon for. But when a monster fish goes on a rampage, her would-be hero runs away, and Willie saves her.

The jungle animals and creatures have all come to the point where they are living together in peace and harmony, thanks to the efforts of the great Mighty Mouse. But the peace is broken when the buzzards attack a helpless baby hippo. The super hero is kept busy fighting off the attacks of the sneaky buzzards while also catering to the needs and whims of the hippo. Finally, after the attackers are vanquished, all the animal parents leave their babies with Mighty Mouse as their baby-sitter.

The town-fathers call on Mighty Mouse to aid the city where the juveniles are all delinquents, and threaten to ruin the town and end up as criminals. The super-mouse wins the respect and admiration of the delinquents-mice by his deeds of heroism while saving them from death, and they all reform and turn into ideal schoolboys.

The feud between Little Roquefort and the cat gets increasingly intense with explosives and tanks.

Percy the Cat informs Little Roquefort the Mouse that it is Friday the 13th and the day will involve a lot of bad luck for Roquefort. Percy then proves his statemnet by making life miserable for the mouse. But Percy breaks a mirror and the tables are turned.

As Percy, the cat, is chasing Little Roquefort, the mouse, a small pussycat appears at the front door, and Percy tries to make it an ally. However, the playful pussy likes Roquefort as a playmate, and they team up against Percy. Finally, Percy's mistress, givers his bed to the newcomer, and he shares it with his newly-acquired mouse friend.

A young boy asks an old man why the valley they live in is such a beautiful utopia and is called Happy Valley, and the old man explains it is because everyone there is contented and happy but, he adds, it wasn't always that way. In a flashback, he tells the boy that many years ago this paradise was nearly wrecked when greed swept over the land, and this led to poverty and misery before all the farmers came to their senses. Sounds like a film that should have been investigated by the HUAC committee.

Little Rocquefort and the resident-cat are engaged in their usual cat-versus-mouse activities when the cat finds and reads a book on hypnotism. He soon has Rocquefort under his spell and has him thinking he is a bird and then a dog. But the last trick has consequences when he brings back a pack of real (cartoon) dogs, and, while the dogs are chasing the cat, the little mouse finds the hypnotism book and turns the tables on the cat.

Mighty Mouse encounters a Time Machine while trying to save pure-hearted Pearl Pureheart from the unwanted advances and clutches of the evil oily-villain, Oil Can Harry. After brief stops in 1620 and 1890, and ancient Egypt, Mighty Mouse finds himself in the prehistoric age of the dinosaurs. He mops up on Harry and the dinosaurs, proving he can take care of anyone, anyplace, anywhere at any time.

Following one of their usual violent fights, the cat thinks he has killed Little Roquefort, and buries him, with a lot of sadness, in a flower pot. The mouse is not dead, of course, and he returns to frighten the cat, and does so to the point he thinks the cat has died. He hasn't and when the cat makes a comeback, they are both scared of each other.

Little Roquefort is taking a bath while he sings about his sweetheart. Percy shows up and is curious about the picture that Roquefort has. After ridiculing him, his "evil conscience" tells him what's going to happen if the mouse and his girlfriend get hitched and have children. Percy tries to keep Roquefort's lady love away, but in the end, he loses... in more ways than one!

A duck becomes sheriff in a Western town ruled by Dead Eye Dick. Dead Eye warns: "This town ain't big enough few two of us and I ain't leaving!"

A radio program tells the story: Cats lure mice with a peep show, then drop them into ice cube trays. The semi-frozen mice are then sold to cats for 5 cents each. The dog police come and break things up somewhat, but it takes Mighty Mouse to truly save the day and set the mice free.

The Talking Magpies, Heckle and Jackle, open a hot-dog concession stand in Hawaii. The first customer is a dumb dog who becomes the innocent victim of the merry, mischief-making magpies. Another dog, a tough one, is getting the same treatment but not for long. Written by Les Adams

Mighty Mouse at his fighting and singing best, rescuing the damsel-in-distress and his sweetheart, Pearl Pureheart, from the clutches of the oil-can-harry villain. He even finds himself tied to the railroad tracks and the situation appears desperate, but Mighty Mouse does it again in true super-hero, cliffhanging, true-serial thriller style, and leaps into a duel defying the loaded gun of the villain.

The cats aren't doing well at all in luring the mice into their traps, so they decide to have one of their hep-cat band members make like the pied piper of old while trolling musically through the streets of Miceville. So the hep-cat trolls while playing a hot clarinet, as it is known far and wide to one and all, that the citizens of Miceville are fond of 1940s swing music, and it is no time at all before the hep-mice are following the clarinet player to their impending doom...but, wait...what's that in the sky...could it be Mighty Mouse flying once again to the rescue of the Miceville citizens? Could be.

A Terrytoons cartoon released 28 July 1944. In this spoof of opera, a sexy senorita seeks after her love and rescues him from an evil king (Sourpuss). Her knight in shining armor is none other than Gandy Goose (as Tyrone the Hero).

A Terrytoons cartoon released 17 March 1944. An elderly couple (human, not animal) dies, leaving their substantial estate to their mice, who had befriended them. A distant nephew, Willy the Spender, is outraged, and he takes the mice to court in an effort to destroy them! The judge decides in favor of the mice. This really whizzes off Willy the Spender, and he goes after the mice! Can Mighty Mouse save them in time?

A jungle land radio station run by monkeys pulls a prank by reporting an invasion from space is occurring and a large cutout face is hoisted above the trees so all can see. Fireworks are employed to sound like a war has started. The King, a Lion with a Bert Lahr voice, finally exposes the fakers. Inspired by Orson Welles' "War Of the Worlds" radio hoax.
