A strange character has been seen passing through the streets of Quito with a medical bag in hand; inside of him there is a medicine, but it is not what you imagine. It's Baltasar, a marijuana dealer who, after running out of harvest, turns to two eccentric old men. They offer you a new variety: the Ecuatorian Shetta. Baltasar begins to distribute it; but the day is complicated by the arrival of his little daughter, Catalina. Together they will go through chifas, doubts about UFOs and encounters with the police.

Blaquito is thirty years old and lives with his mother in El Matal, a small fishing village on the coast of Ecuador. One day, the beach turns up filled with cocaine packets. Blanquito, along with his friend Lorna, decide to travel to Guayaquil, where people will pay five times more per package. Little does Blanquito realize that in the days that follow he will be staring at death in the eye and losing his head for love.

A girl finds out a relic, that shows her the way to the mythical Treasure of the Inca emperor Atahualpa. A gang of criminals kidnaps her to get the gold, and the Ecuadorean Police has to rescue her.
