Female Mongolian wrestler, Na Ren, was invited to participate in a women’s wrestling show in Japan. The show host, Boss, instantaneously changed the competition to mud wrestling and Na Ren was forced to compete. Later on, Na Ren discovered that Boss was actually her childhood playmate, Chi Na Si, who was banned from Sumo wrestling five years ago. Knowing that Boss had deceived her, Na Ren was nonetheless determined to awaken his consciousness and good heart through love.

젊은 시절 복싱 챔피언까지 차지했지만 지금은 빚 독촉을 피해 마카오로 피신중인 40대 퇴물복서. 남편에게 버림받고 아들마저 사고로 잃은 엄마와 함께 생활하는 철든 여자아이 집에서 더부살이를 시작한다. 지인을 통해 복싱체육관에서 아주머니들의 복싱 다이어트를 가르치면서 겨우 생계를 유지하지만 적성에는 맞지 않아 늘 스트레스를 받는다. 그러던 어느 날 사업 실패로 폐인이 된 아버지의 재기를 위해 MMA(종합격투기) 무대에 오르기로 결심한 순수청년을 통해 자신의 과거 모습을 회상하면서 제자로 받아준다. 이 두 사람이 의기투합하여 MMA 대회에 참가하고 연승을 거두지만 결승전에서 챔피언과의 대결에서 청년은 큰 부상을 당해 생명이 위독하다. 제자를 통해 삶의 의미를 되 찾은 퇴물복서는 자신과 어린 여자아이, 엄마, 그리고 제자를 가슴에 품고 챔피언이 되기 위한 MMA 대회에 도전한다.

Lin, a sea captain, returns from a 6 month journey when he is told that his 25-year-old son Lin Bo has been gunned down by the police. In his quest to understand what happened, he realizes he knew very little about his own son. He starts a journey back to Chongqin, a city he once lived. He will understand the impact of his paternal repeated absence on the life of his child.
