버마군에 맞서 싸워 전설이 된 11명의 마을 사람 이야기. 1763년 망그라 왕은 버마의 왕권을 잡고, 국내의 반란세력을 잠재우면서 세력을 확장해 나간다. 하지만 아유디야(태국의 전 수도)의 지지를 업은 버마의 지방 군주들은 왕권을 우습게 여긴다. 이런 이유로 망그라 왕권은 아유디야의 세력을 축소할 목적으로 침공을 감행한다. 결국 1765년, 왕은 두개의 전투부대 -망 마하 노라다가 이끄는 부대, 네메아오 스리하보디가 이끄는 부대-를 아유디야에서 집결시킬 계획을 세우고 동서로 나누어 공격을 펼친다. 아유디야로 가는 도중, 네메아오의 부대는 잠복해 있던 방라잔 마을의 사람들에게 기습을 당해 패하고 만다. 이 소식은 왕국 전역에 빠르게 퍼져 국민들의 무장봉기를 촉발하고 버마에 대항하고자하는 의지에 불을 붙인다. 참패를 당한데 자극을 받은 네메아오 스리하보디는 군사를 증강시키고, 방라잔 마을 사람들은 다시 최고의 사기로 전투를 벌이지만 리더인 포탄이 부상을 당하자 퇴각해야 하는 처지에 놓인다.

Not only did he do that other strange things began taking place. The police began to wonder about all of this and hired their own black magician, Ajarn Pan, to assist them in their investigation...
