This is the journey that Ángel Parra Orrego undertakes on the 100th anniversary of the birth of his grandmother Violeta Parra, proposing to reinterpret the album Las últimas Composiciones, recorded shortly before her death and which would become a fundamental and emblematic piece of popular culture in Latin America. To this end, she turns to her sister Javiera and her father Ángel Parra, and they call together different musicians and singers with whom they live and relate intimately what it means to reinterpret the great Violeta Parra and her work.

This was a man. He lived with his mother. He cared a manor house in the countryside of Chile. One day the man found a bone in the garden. The bone was bored. That was a bone flute. It's Easter in the beach house of a Chilean well-to-do and nowadays family. A self-centered and successful father, a disoriented mother and a son overshadowed by his successful father. After losing their bearings, a group of Chilean soldiers learns some lessons about their enemy's humanity in this dark comedy set during the 1970s war between Chile and Argentina. Digging in where they are, the troop soon discovers a nearby Argentinean platoon. Unsure how to handle the situation, the two groups start passing notes via a stray dog, and eventually achieve a wary camaraderie.
