The pioneering days in Siam (Thailand). Lieutenant Colonel Luang Kaj Yuthakarn was one of the first Thai soldiers which were sent to France to become a Pilot. When he returned, Siam was the first Asian country to open a aviation department where Thai pilots with a commision were able to become a pilot to fight in World War I.

In 1946, just after World War 2, bandits rule the countryside of Siam. The notorious Bai rises to become the king of bandits and police chief Yodying has been ordered to apprehend Bai dead or alive.
