호수 근처의 보트 하우스에 '패션 플라워'라는 이름을 가진 호텔을 만든 학생들은 그들의 젊음을 발산하기 위해 아테네식 스트립쇼를 개최해 대성공을 거둔다. 그러나 '무제한 사랑 클럽'이라는 학생 클럽은 그 사건으로 학교의 압력을 받게 되고 누군가 책임을 져야할 상황에 이른다.
