생체와 기계를 결합시키는 새로운 기술에 관심이 높은 의대생 제프리(Jeffrey Franken: 제임스 로린즈 분). 그러나 약혼자인 엘리자베스(Elizabeths Grandmother: 셜 번하임 분)가 아빠의 생일 바비큐 파티에 참석했다가 끔찍한 일을 겪게 된다. 엘리자베스가 아빠의 선물로 준비한 제초기가 오작동되어 죽고 만 것. 그것도 그냥 죽은 것이 아니라 사지가 절단되어 몸이 산산조각난다. 그러나 제프리는 엘리자베스를 포기하지 못해 자신이 연구하던 생체결합기술로 되살리기로 결심, 연구에 들어가고 결국 몸 속에 넣을 장치들의 설계도를 완성하지만 사고현장에서 급히 챙겨온 것은 엘리자베스의 머리와 손, 팔 조금과 발가락뿐이다. 결국 그녀의 몸을 대신할 몸체를 찾기로 한 제프리는 완벽한 몸매로 엘리자베스를 다시 조립하기 위해 창녀촌을 찾아 부분 부분이 완벽한 여자들을 골라내기 위한 작업에 들어가고, 결국 우여곡절 끝에 팔, 다리, 가슴 등 각 부분에서 가장 완벽한 여자들을 찾아 몸매의 치수를 확인한다. 하지만 마약중독자인 여자들은 제프리가 가져온 폭발 성분의 약을 마약인 크랙으로 착각해 흡입하고, 체내에서 폭발해 여자들의 몸통은 산산 조각난다. 산산 조각난 여자들의 몸 각 부분을 싸매고 집으로 돌아와 조립에 들어간 제프리. 결국 제프리는 엘리자베스를 부활시키는데는 성공하지만, 엘리자베스는 창녀들의 몸으로 재생한 덕분에 창녀의 사고방식과 생각을 갖고 창녀로 행동하게 되는데...
