The story of a young man who teaches a lesson to his wife to make her understand the value of a mother's love.

When Gopi (NTR) was a child, he witnesses his father's murder by Veeraraju. He grows up with a vengeance to take revenge on him. However because of some circumstances, he has to protect Veeraraju family who has a son and a daughter. He also falls in love with Veeraraju's daughter.

After Sisupala completes his 100 sins, he defeats and kills him, thus regaining his entry back to Vishnu's abode. Kuchela's episode is followed by Draupadi's humiliation where Krishna saves her honour. The great war of Kurukshetra takes place after the negotiations (Rayabharam) between the cousins fails. Krishna's Geetopadesam to Arjuna is also shown. Finally he saves Bheema from Dhritarashtra's ire after Bheema kills Duryodhana. Balarama wades deep into the ocean after the gory war, while Lord Krishna ends his Avataram owing to a hunter's mistake.

Bhama Vijayam is a 1967 Indian Telugu-language swashbuckler film, produced by Somasekhar and Radha Krishna, and directed by C.Pulliah. It stars N. T. Rama Rao and Devika, with music composed by T. V. Raju. The film is based on Gollabhama (1947) which itself is based on the stories of Kaasi Majililu written in Telugu by Madhira Subbanna Deekshitulu.

Chadarangam was the winner of the Best Telugu Film award at the 15th Filmfare Awards South ceremony.
