This new digital production, filmed and edited remotely amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, is an abridged version of the Broadway musical Meet Me in St. Louis (1989), based on the 1944 film of the same name starring Judy Garland. Irish Repertory Theatre last presented Meet Me in St. Louis in 2007.

한 때는 잘 나갔지만, 지금은 만드는 작품마다 줄줄이 실패하는 뮤지컬 프로듀서 맥스(나단 레인 분)와 소심한 회계사 레오(매튜 브로데릭)가 최악의 공연을 만들기 위해 고군분투하는 내용을 소재로 한 작품으로 공연이 망하면, 오히려 돈을 벌 수 있다는 사실을 알게 된 맥스는 레오를 꼬셔 최악의 공연을 만들기 위해 구제불능의 작가와 연출가, 배우를 섭외하고 이 과정에서 벌어지는 기상천외한 에피소드들이 펼쳐진다.

서기 2050년. 아이들과 친구처럼 지내는 노신부 클리포드(Clifford: 마틴 쇼트 분)는 가출하려던 소년 로저(Roger: 벤 세비지 분)를 데리고 자신의 어린시절 얘기를 들려준다. 어린 클리포드는 공룡에 열중해있는 장난기 넘치는 소년. 부모님과 함께 하와이로 향하는 비행기에 탄 그는 LA에 들려서 다이노서 파크를 구경하게 해달라고 조르다가 야단을 맞는다. 그런데 그들이 탄 비행기가 갑작스럽게 계기 고장으로 LA에 비상 착륙하게 되고 클리포드의 부모는 그가 원하는 대로 그를 LA의 마틴 삼촌에게 부탁하고 떠난다. 다이노서 파크에 가게된 것을 기뻐하는 클리포드. 마틴 삼촌은 약혼녀 사라(Sarah Davis: 매리 스틴버겐 분)와 함께 그를 반갑게 맞는다. 그러나 삼촌 집에 도착한 순간부터 그는 말썽을 피우기 시작한다. 더구나 마틴이 회사일이 바빠져 다이노서 파크에 데려갈 수 없다고 하자 클리포드의 말썽은 장난의 정도를 넘는다. 사라 부모님의 결혼기념일 파티에서 마틴(Martin Daniels: 찰스 그로딘 분)의 칵테일을 핫소스와 바꿔치고 그의 자동응답기에 녹음된 목소리를 조작해서 시청에 폭탄을 장치했다는 내용의 협박 테이프를 경찰에 보내 파티장소에서 마틴을 경찰에 끌려가게 한다. 간신히 풀려난 마틴은 클리포드에게 얌전히 해줄 것을 약속받지만 그의 장난은 갈수록 정도를 더해 가는데
