티거에겐 파트너인 루를 비롯한 많은 친구들이 있지만 어딘가에 다른 티거들이 있을 것이란 생각을 하게 된다. 티거는 "100 에이커 숲"을 벗어나서 가족을 찾아 모험의 길을 떠난다. 그러나 가족을 찾기 위한 노력이 수포로 돌아갈 무렵, 티거의 친구들은 티거를 기쁘게 해주려고 모두 티거 의상으로 가장하고 나타난다. 그러나 친구들의 이런 노력은 티거에게 외로움만 더 심어줄 뿐이다. 결국 티거는 가족 대신 친척들을 찾아 혹독한 겨울의 추위 속으로 나선다. 그러자 푸, 피글렛, 루, 이요르는 걱정에 빠진다. 마침내 티거의 친구들은 티거를 찾기 위한 수색팀을 조직한다. 결국 친구들의 우정에 감동받은 티거는 "100 에이커 숲"으로 돌아온다. 티거는 자신을 사랑하고 아끼는 친구들이 바로 가족이라는 것을 깨닫는다.

In order to win her heart he steals what he thinks is her Christmas list but what turns out to be the answers to the King's crossword puzzle. He mistakingly enlists his servant Hollyberry to find every item on her bizarre list, including a partridge in a pear tree, eight maids a milking, four calling birds...you get the basic idea. After twelve days of this gift giving, the Princess falls in love not with Carolboomer, but with the one who actually did the work, the noble Hollyberry.
