Shiori Higuchi works at a town hall in Yakushima Island. She is in charge of a plan to hold a concert for the famous Tokyo Wind Orchestra. 10 members of the orchestra from Tokyo arrive on Yakushima Island, but they are not from the famous Tokyo Wind Orchestra.
An omnibus collection of six short films the stories are the result of skull sessions at workshops lead by writer and director Ryosuke Hashiguchi. The film depicts body-length tight fetishists called Zentai. The members of the group convene at a karaoke parlor and celebrate their obsession together.

28세, 독신녀, 일중독 프리랜서 작가인 사쿠라 아스카(우치다 유키). 어느 날 눈을 뜨니 생전 처음 보는 하얀 방의 침대에 묶여 있다. 그곳은 여성전용 폐쇄병원의 독방으로 일명 ‘콰이어트 룸’으로 불린다. 간호사는 그녀가 약을 먹고 자살을 시도해 이곳까지 실려왔다고 설명해주지만 도무지 믿을 수 없다. 그날 밤 마감을 앞두고 예민해진 상태에서 남자친구(쿠도 칸쿠로)와 다툰 후 불면증 때문에 수면제를 먹고 잠이 들었는데, 자살이라니!
