Chan Shi Kyun (cast by Richie Jen) and Yu Chi Lun (cast by Ekin Cheng) have been long time good friends. They recklessly bought a dishwashing factory on the cheap but discover that the business is in a financial ruin and has no employees while existing contracts must be honored at the risk of financial penalty. To solve their problem, they decided to hire through a social worker so they will be eligible "special social enterprise" government subsidy in this crowd-pleasing comedy.

The Deception of the Novelist revolves around Justin’s character as a famous novelist who receives a large inheritance after his father’s passing. He rents out one of his inherited properties to a Japanese/Chinese woman named Elaine and they embark on an affair, causing rifts in his marriage with Jeanna Ho. One night, Elaine is suddenly found dead in the balcony of the house. When police start their investigation, they realize that there are a lot of suspicious factors to the case leading them to suspect that this is not their normal kidnapping or revenge against an unfaithful husband case.

페암 말기에 걸린 데이빗(장지림)은 비관하는 마음에 음주 운전을 하다 교통사고를 내고 만다. 당시 사건 현장을 지나던 경관 샘(고천락)은 인명 피해를 남기게 된다. 얼마 후 해당 사고 현장에서 발견 된 소홍(아바 유)의 장례식장, 도박 빚에 쪼들리던 강(임가동)은 소홍의 관 속에 들어있는 금팔찌를 훔친다. 하지만 그 일로 인해 강은 소홍이 내린 저주에 괴롭힘을 당한다. 한편 교통사고의 또다른 피해자 사(채탁연)는 죽은 약혼자의 피해 보상금으로 두 사람의 꿈이던 호텔을 구입하게 된다. 그러나 사가 구입한 호텔은 귀신이 나오는 호텔이었고, 사람들은 그 호텔을 자살 호텔로 부르게 된다. 그러던 어느 날 사 앞에 나타난 데이빗. 자신의 죄 값을 치루겠다는 그는 자살자들에게 은밀한 행위를 하게 된다. 경관 샘은 동료 경찰인 부인(여시만)과 행복한 결혼 생활을 하고 있지만, 그에게는 말 못 할 비밀이 하나 있다. 얽히고 설킨 이들의 관계. 과연 ‘당신의 주위에서 맴도는 것’의 이야기는 어떻게 될 것인가?

Underworld godfather Kim, nicknamed Egg Tart, is friendly and sociable. He likes singing more than being the leader of triads. With his principle of peace, harmony and stability, he has won the support of the gang elders. Meanwhile, the cool and handsome Lung becomes a gangster because he is attracted to the cool image of gangsters portrayed in the "Young and Dangerous" movies, and he believes that he has what it takes to be the big boss. To support Lung, his wife sets a trap by trying to seduce Kim in order to obtain the secret of becoming the godfather.
