휴대폰 매장에서 근무하는 23살의 평범한 유대인 청년 ‘일안 하리미’가 어느 날, 한 통의 전화를 받고 집을 나간 뒤 사라진다. 연락조차 되지 않아 불안해 하는 가족들에게 도착한 한 통의 이메일에는 일안이 납치되었다는 사실과 함께 두 눈이 테이프로 가려진 일안의 머리에 총을 겨누고 있는 인질범의 사진이 첨부되어 있어 가족들을 경악하게 한다. 납치사실을 경찰에 신고한 일안의 가족들. 경찰은 신속하게 수사팀을 구성하고 비공개로 사건 수사를 시작한다. 하지만 시도 때도 없이 이어지는 인질범의 협박전화의 발신지가 아프리카의 코트디부아르로 밝혀지면서 수사는 점점 미궁에 빠져 드는데...

Paco moves on with his life. Unjustly accused of a robbery and chased by his employer, Dede unwillingly drags his wife Claire and Paco into a frantic nocturnal escape through Paris. Emotions culminate during an apocalyptic game where imagination and reality blend. The film tries to reflect certain social questions of our time using common images.
