캘리포니아의 재정난과 지원금 감축이 야기한 위기 상황 아래서 버클리 대학의 사람들뿐 아니라 정부 지원을 받아 운용되는 공공 교육의 시스템, 민주적인 의사참여 방식, 대학 구성원들의 헌신을 기록한다.

The fall into a deep internal processing of one’s past becomes a repetitive act on the verge of over analysis, revealing and breaking down layers. Submerged in the gravity of life changes one is pushed to step forward to a free fall. Yielding control, sharing visions of a present experience, the journey becomes an aesthetic release from formality, a lightness of being.

This documentary short tells the story of the Wingnut Anarchist Collective in Richmond, VA, an organizing group and cooperative living space aimed at fostering mutual aid and grassroots resistance to authority. From maintaining a community center to carrying out occupations and disaster relief, the video illustrates some of the many ways a handful of committed people can transform their lives and their community.
