2차 세계 대전 동유럽. 유대인 소년이 전쟁을 피해 맡겨진다. 돌봐주던 아주머니가 갑작스런 사고로 죽자 소년의 시련은 시작된다.

마렉은 청순하고 조신한 소냐, 터프하고 와일드한 마르타 사이를 오가며 교제를 즐기는 바람둥이다. 화려한 거짓말로 두 여자 사이를 아슬아슬 오가던 마렉. 그러던 어느날, 두 여자가 그동안 마렉이 해왔던 거짓말들을 알게 된다. 하지만, 두 여자는 순순히 마렉을 보내주지 않고, 마렉 역시 또다른 계획을 준비하는데...!
