플로리스트를 꿈꾸는 레즈비언 사만다는 친구 앨리스가 초대한 파티를 즐기던 중 낯선 남자가 건넨 음료를 마신 후 정신이 혼미한 상태에서 그와 하룻밤을 보내게 된다. 그 일 이후 자신의 몸에서 심상치 않은 변화들이 일어나자 병원을 찾아가게 된 사만다는 정확한 원인을 알아내지 못한 채 돌아오게 되고 시간이 지날수록 더욱 끔찍한 육체적, 정신적 고통을 겪으며 괴로워하는데... 과연 그녀에게 무슨 일이 일어나고 있는 것일까?
