When Sam, a young school-girl, receives a visit from a blood-thirsty monster, all hell breaks loose. Unable to escape the vile beast, Sam joins forces with a bad-ass female warrior. Together, they must get down to lady-business and defeat the bloody thing.

The co-main event featured Ilima-Lei Macfarlane against Emily Ducote for the inaugural Bellator Women's Flyweight title.
