A small girl and her homemade mermaid doll - both of them named Garantia - is looking for her mommy's necklace. When she puts her doll into the aquarium the doll becomes alive and the aquarium becomes an enchanted ocean where she encounters the Snapper Gang, the ancient jelly fish Mr Elderling, the huge whale Nora and a small fish on a bicycle on her quest for the necklace.

This is a best of collection with Allram Eest from the show Allra mest tecknat. It's a Swedish kids show that was on TV between 2002 and 2005.

Lisa is a little girl looked after by Dr. Flower, since he believes that the Mona Lisa's mother, who runs a laundry, is not a good and orderly mother.
