세월호참사 3년이 다 되어가는 지금. 생존자인 성묵은 참사 현장인 동고차도를 향한 배에 승선한다. 그른 세월호참사의 끔찍한 기억을 이겨내고 생존자로서의 새로운 싸움을 시작할 수 있을까? 세월호참사 이후에 생존자들은 각자의 방식으로 세월호참사를 안고 살아가고 있다.
