반항기 있는 10대 소녀 샐리와 그의 가족은 영국의 작은 도시로 이사를 오게 된다.
샐리는 새로운 집이 마음에 들지 않으며, 집에서 알수 없는 이상한 일들이 발생을 하게 되는데..
이를 부모에게 이야기를 해도 부모들은 샐리의 말을 믿지 않는다.
