Youngster Vishnu is a big fan of Sandalwood legend (and his namesake) Dr. Vishnuvardhan. The film tells the story of three women who walk into Vishnu`s life at various points of time - Aakruthi, Samskruthi and Prakruthi - and their impact on him.
Captain Shivaraj, an honest army officer, and his associates Guru and Viji kill terrorists to protect India. They learn that a corrupt politician is helping illegal immigrants settle in the country.
