In three vignettes, two exes, a tour guide and a married couple struggle to overcome a series of misadventures during their vacations.

Gobette, a young avant-garde dancer, finds herself unemployed after the closure of the provincial club where she performs. By pure coincidence, Cipriano Gaudet, Minister of Justice, meets her at a judge's house and, convinced that she is the wife of the subordinate, gives promotions to the unsuspecting representative of the law in order to remove him from the woman and be able to get married with the soubrette. ..

Palermo, Sicily, November 1925. Cesare Mori, the new prefect of the city, soon to be known as the Iron Prefect, begins a ruthless war against the Mafia, a sinister organization that has subjugated the island for centuries, something that the dictator Benito Mussolini and the fascist authorities can no longer allow.

Domenico Modguno is a horn dog who loves looking up skirts and travels back to Italy to stay with his brother and wife. His brothers stepdaughter is hot and he spends most of the movie forcing himself on her, and for a change of pace her mother.

Pasqualino Cammarata is an Italian naval officer who has been disliked by his admiral because of his high-level knowledge, given that he is quite incapable as an officer.

Sylvia, an industrial scientist, is troubled by strange hallucinations related to the tragic suicide of her mother.

Teresa gets her first taste of crime -- and its consequences -- when, during World War II, she is nabbed for robbing an apartment. But being poor and perpetually starving, the pretty petty thief doesn't give up her quest for ill-gotten gains and soon turns to pick-pocketing. Despite her questionable thieving skills, the bumbling crook tries scheme after scheme, pilfering from strangers and dodging the law as she searches for a way to fund an adequate meal.

Yet another adventure of the famous musketeers engaged as usual to help the needy. Cardinal Richelieu is always hindering their task.

Francesco and Franco are brothers in law but, since their respective wives can't stand each other, are always arguing. When Francesco decides to run for Parliament, Franco is kidnapped by his opposing party and forced to run as well. The clashes between the two in-laws will continue in Parliament.

The film's theme is four episodes that offer the public a glimpse into the lives of rich and poor families in Italy in the 1960s.
