Since 18th October 2019, the streets of Santiago de Chile have never been empty. The people on the street demand dignity. By increasing the price of the subway tickets, President Piñera’s government has unleashed a social crisis unseen since the 1970s.

While working in a circus in Paris, Victor receives a call from Chile: his mother Gloria is sick and has a few months to live. Victor decides to return to Chile to accompany her and take care of her. Seeing his mother struggling to extend his life, he decides to reconstruct their memories and experiences together, recording everything in a movie while the imminence of death is around them.

Ironically, Cecilia maintains an extramarital relationship with the network's owner. Maliciously, a rival colleague discovers this during a live broadcast, with tragic results. The revelation spreads becoming a conversation of national interest.

Carmila is introduced by 'M' to a sinister role-playing game called "Eternal Blood". Once settled in an abandoned house, the group meets Dahmer, a young man who practices vampirism rites and who begins to influence young people, or perhaps... turn them into vampires.
