총격 사건 뒤 필립(장 끌로드 반담)이라는 의문의 남자가 심한 부상을 당한 채 어느 병원에 실려오고 담당 간호사 수잔(어텀 리저)은 그를 정성껏 돌본다. 그러나 얼마 뒤 무장한 갱들이 필립을 죽이려고 병원에 들이닥치고 필립은 살아남기 위해 그들과 맞서게 된다. 수사에 나선 FBI는 수잔을 심문하면서 필립에 대한 정보를 알아내려고 하는데...
