좀비 바이러스가 런던의 한 교도소로부터 퍼진 이후 살아남은 사람들은 남쪽 장벽 안에 피신 중이다. 점점 좀비들의 전투 능력이 향상되는 가운데 장벽이 무너지는 것은 시간 문제일 뿐. 이 와중에 좀비 사태를 해결할 과학자가 런던에 생존하고 있다는 것을 알게 되고 이 사람을 구하기 위해 8명의 특공대가 파견된다. 주어진 시간은 72시간... 이들의 임무는 성공할 수 있을 것인가?
