어느날 싱가폴에서 여인의 변사체가 발견된다. 각 메스컴은 사인 규명을 요청하고 홍콩 경시청도 이를 계기로 한국과 싱가폴에 여형사를 추천해 달라고 의뢰한다. 한국의 고은미, 홍콩의 양결신, 싱가폴의 여영이 발탁되어 훈련을 거친 후 홍콩의 재벌 사복천이 경영하는 캬바레에 무희로 잠입한 양결신, 가수가 된 고은미, 안마사로 여영이 각기 잠입한다. 복천의 비서 태호가 이들의 신분을 눈치채고 그들을 독촉하려하나 사복천의 여비서 상희가 고은미를 운반책으로 서울에 잠입시킨다. 고은미는 한국경찰과의 연락끝에 보석 밀수선을 소탕하고 그녀는 사복천의 밀실에 감금된 두 여형사를 구출한다. 홍콩을 떠나는 비행기 안에서 고은미는 휴가 계획을 세운다.
