A small town on the Volga, mid-2000s. In the life of the resourceful Sasha, the fifteenth summer comes: again fooling around with friends, again going to the local "igrovukha" and the first summer part-time jobs...Everything goes on as usual, but Sashka does not know yet - it is this summer that he will have to take responsibility for someone else's life, meet love and get involved in dangerous troubles.

산골마을에서 평화롭게 살고 있던 아버지가 예기치 않은 소식을 접한다. 딸이 테러조직의 일원이 되어 시리아에서 활동하고 있다는 것이다. 아버지는 딸을 만나기 위해 온갖 수단을 동원해 시리아로 간다. 군의관으로 일한 적이 있기에 의사가 필요한 지역에 갈 수 있는 상황이 된다. 막상 어렵게 만난 딸은 낯선 사람이 되어 있다. 테러리스트로 확고한 신념을 가진 딸을 아버지는 더 이상 설득할 수 없다. 아버지에게 선택의 시간이 온다. 괴물이 되어 버린 딸을 버릴 것인가? 그래도 살릴 것인가? 영화는 사랑하는 사람을 위해 자신을 희생하는 사람을 그리면서 맹목적인 사랑을 뛰어넘는 방법을 모색한다. 실화를 바탕으로 만든 작품.

The "To Stumble" comedy is based on "Death of an Official" story by Anton Chekhov. Trying to catch the ironic intonation of the writer, in whom the comedic side by side with the tragic, the director blurs the boundaries of time and talks about the present day.

A teenage soldier in World War I—a simple village boy with a naive youthful dream of fame and medals—throws himself into the unknown and goes blind in the first battle, thus taking on a new job: intercepting enemy planes by listening to the air through huge metal funnels.

Sofichka returns to her native Abkhaz village in Georgia after twenty years of absence. Seeing again home and meeting with villagers take her to memory lane and all Sofichka’s life passes before her eyes: her wedding with Rufus, betrayal of the neighbour Nuri, difficult years of war, exile in Siberia. But in spite of everything, in spite of all the tough experiences, Sofichka continues to believe in people and in life, staying true to the memory of her husband who died young.

A young man was born in a small Russian city, but now lives in the Caucasus, in a foreign culture. He works as a mountain guide and enjoys life, but remains a stranger among the people he lives with. He will have to leave his carelessness behind and grow up.

The young man, Isa by name, came back to his native city after leaving the prison. At half-destroyed, dark, left, surrounded by harsh and merciless mountains house seriously ill mother and his wife who lost the hope to have happy family life were expecting him. He did evil and was put in the prison, but the main difficulties are still expecting him in the future.
