Having gained great popularity as a TV series and toys, Crush Gear Turbo here becomes a movie for the first time. The very first Gear even made in the world is stolen. The gear, named Kaiservern, beats the prize winners of the Australia convention one after another. Kouya and Manganji, which won a prize in the Asia Convention, become targets too. When the unidentied gear fighter who handles Kaiservern appears in front of Kouya and Manganji, the two boys decide to fight together to win victory over their enemy.

우주력 0079년, MS부대의 소위 시로 아마다는 쟈쿠와의 싸움 중에 MS가 파괴되어 폐우주선에 숨는다. 아마다는 그곳에서 지온의 파일럿 아이나를 만나게 된다. 부상을 입은 아이나를 치료하면서 시로와 아이나는 서로 호감을 갖게 된다. 적으로 만난 그들은 서로 헤어지게 되고 이후 아마다는 MS부대의 08소대를 맡게 된다. 아이나는 오빠 기니어스가 개발한 신병기를 테스트하던 중, 연방의 건담 부대와 마주하게 된다. 그 부대는 아마다의 08소대였다! 아마다와 아이나는 접전 끝에 산으로 떨어지고 재회하게 된다. 짧은 기간이지만 사랑을 나누는 둘. 이후 정보부 밀러 소령은 시로에게 아이나를 죽이지 않은 이유를 추궁하며 총살당할 것인지 기니어스 기지를 수색할 것인지 선택하라고 하는데.......

While Luffy and his crew of Zoro and Nami are starving on their small boat, they are attacked by a large monster. Nami is taken away, while Luffy and Zoro wash up on shore. There they meet a young girl, Medaka, and learn of the sad history of the island. The evil Pirate Ganzack has taken away all the men in the village and enslaved them, including Medaka's father. Now Luffy, Zoro, and Medaka must infiltrate Ganzack's base in order to rescue the villagers and Nami.
