Rome Shadanloo

Rome started out doing theater in Santa Monica College and was one of six students picked to work with Dustin Hoffman when he came to visit the school. She soon excelled and was invited back to perform scenes for the new students and share her personal experiences with them. A few years later she landed her first TV role on How I Met Your Mother. Rome has been working steadily ever since. In her spare time she paints, has gallery showings, does carpentry, takes classes in psychology and spends time with her family. Rome's father breeds, and competes Hanoverian/Holstiener horses. She grew up in an equestrian environment and rode her first horse at the young age of 4.
