평범한 고교생으로 지내던 묘코인 게이츠는 유도에서 메달을 따기 위해 훈련에 매달리다, 대회 경기 중 재기 불능의 부상을 당해 선수 생명이 끊긴다. 그곳에 워즈라는 청년이 나타나 게이츠에게 "너를 마왕을 쓰러뜨리는 구세주로 인도하기 위해 왔다. 그렇지 않으면 토키와 소고가 최악의 마왕으로 이름을 떨친다"고 하며 라이드워치와 시공 드라이버를 내민다.

During the play, a large lantern falls from above the stage that starts a fire. With Will Powers as the prime suspect, it is up to Wright to acquit his old client and determine as to whether or not there is foul play at work.
