인간 노화를 제어하는 약물을 개발하는 개발자 루벤. 그리고 그녀의 투자 자문인 토마스. 토마스와 아내 미아의 집에 어느 날 옆집 보모가 찾아와 살려달라고 소리친다. 병원에 데려다 주기로 했던 남편이 병원이 아닌 오래된 공장으로 그녀를 데려간 걸 알게 된 미아는 공장으로 향하고, 수상한 남자에게 납치되어 강제로 팔에 낙인이 찍힌다. 미아가 납치된 걸 안 토마스는 개발자인 루벤에게 불법적인 생체 실험에 대한 부당함을 주장하고 미아를 구출하려고 하지만 이를 눈치챈 루벤과 그의 조수들이 토마스를 처리하고 미아를 다시 감금한다. 원래의 인간 노화를 방지하는 약물을 개발하려는 계획은 불법적인 생체 실험으로 변질되고, 폭주하는 루벤과 그녀의 실험 대상이 되어 버린 미아 그리고 감금 되어 있는 다른 여러 젊은 여성들은 이러한 위기 속에서 과연 어떻게 악마 같은 루벤과 그의 일당들의 손아귀에서 벗어날 수 있을 것인지...
