Prabath Roshan

Gharasarapa (The Lurking Serpent) (Sinhalese: ඝරසරප ) is a 2018 Sri Lankan Sinhala supernatural romantic horror film directed by Jayantha Chandrasiri and produced by Arjuna Kamalanath for Isuru Films. It stars Jackson Anthony, Kamal Addararachchi and Sangeetha Weeraratne in lead roles along with Sriyantha Mendis , Devnaka Porage and Kavindya Adikari. Music composed by Chintaka Jayakody. Kavindya Adikari, who is the daughter of popular singers Samitha Mudunkotuwa and Athula Adhikari make her debut cinema acting with the film. The film was screened at the Tharanga theatre at the National Film Corporation on 29th of June 2018. The film was officially released on 10 August 2018.

Chandula and his two friends have planned a holiday at a luxury hotel. On their day of the visit, they see a beautiful girl (Isanka) at the hotel and Chandula starts to catch feelings towards her. Chandula's friends don't accept this, but they let him have her his way and keep enjoying the holiday while he tries and gets to know Isanka. Isanka and Chandula get close to each other and their relationship grows really strong within a week. But, due to some reason Isanka doesn't open up her true self to Chandula and disappears after seven days leaving him nothing but a broken heart.

This is a film that showing the epic battle and struggle a group of uneducated villagers went through to get its independence back in 1948 and its discusses a "secret" what happened between 1947 November and to talk about how Sri Lanka got its independence in 1948.

Pitasakwala Kumarayai Pancho Hathai (Alien Prince and Seven Kids) (Sinhala: පිට සක්වළ කුමාරයයි පැංචෝ හතයි) is a 2008 Sri Lankan Sinhala science fiction film directed by Sirimal Wijesinghe and produced by Dushyantha Mahabaduge for Cinemaya International. It stars Sanath Gunathilake and Dilhani Ekanayake in lead roles along with Janaka Kumbukage and Suminda Sirisena. Music composed by Aruna Lian. It is the 1109th Sri Lankan film in the Sinhala cinema.
