Teaming up with Sopha Poisson, the Québécoise granddaughter of the murdered curator, they set out to decode secret messages hidden in Rockwell's paintings and uncover a grand conspiracy that they may have already had an unwitting part in.

"Irish Eyes" explores the relationship between two Irish-American brothers in Boston born to immigrant parents and raised in a rough, working class Irish neighborhood. After watching their father being gunned down in front of their eyes as children, Thomas and Sean Phelan grow up building their lives on opposite ends of the law. Thomas, the studious and responsible brother, creates a better life for himself through education and hard, honest work. Eventually, he builds a successful career as a US Attorney. Sean, the more rebellious of the two, gets caught up in a life of crime and rises through the ranks to become the head of the Irish Mob.

미국과 러시아가 첨예하게 대립하던 시기, 러시아는 핵폭탄을 투하하여 미국을 정복한다. 그러나 단 한 곳은 러시아에 점령되지 않고 평화를 누리고 있었다. 모든 이들이 꿈꾸는 자유가 있고 음악을 비롯한 예술이 넘쳐흐르는 그 곳을 사람들은 '로스트 베가스'라고 불렀다. 소련의 점령 후 40년이 지나자 베가스의 지도자로서 평화를 유지했던 엘비스 황제가 사망한다. 이에 각국의 내로라하는 전사들이 지도자가 되려는 야심을 품고 베가스에 몰려든다. 특유의 검과 기타 하나를 둘러 맨 전설적인 아메리칸 전사 버디(Buddy: 제프리 팰콘 분)도 그곳으로 향한다. 그의 앞에는 피비린내 나는 싸움과 역경이 기다리고 있었다. 베가스로 가던 버디는 무법자에게 엄마를 잃은 키드(The Kid: 저스틴 맥과이어 분)를 만난다. 버디는 좋아하게 된 어린 키드는 말없이 그를 뒤따르며 그와 동행이 되고자 한다. 험한 여정에서 키드를 떼어내려고 했던 버디는 그의 등살에 못 이겨 함께 가기로 결정한다. 이들에게 데쓰(Death: 스티븐 고거 분)라는 별명의 중절모 일당이 끈질기게 싸움을 걸며 버디의 베가스 입성을 저지하려고 한다. 또한 여러 나라의 전사들이 곳곳에서 나타나 버디를 공격한다. 그때마다 버디는 현란한 검술 실력으로 중과부적의 싸움에서 승리를 거두고 위기를 탈출한다. 천신만고 끝에 베가스 입구에 도착한 버디, 그러나 수 백명의 소련 전사들이 자신을 가로막고 버티자 버디는 혼신의 힘을 다해 마지막 칼을 갈아 그들을 제거한 후 탈진해 쓰러진다. 키드의 간호 덕분에 기운을 회복한 버디는 눈앞에 펼쳐진 베가스로의 입성을 서두른다. 그때 버디를 쫓아온 데쓰는 키드를 인질로 잡는다. 키드의 목숨을 담보로 한 격렬한 대결을 하던 중 키드를 보호하려던 버디는 그들이 무차별로 쏘아대는 화살에 맞아 숨을 거둔다. 결국 혼자 남은 키드는 버디의 검과 기타를 가지고 베가스에 홀로 입성한다.
