눈이 보이지 않는 피아니스트 행세를 하며 라이브 레스토랑에서 공연을 하던 ‘아카쉬’(아유쉬만 커라나)는 레스토랑의 단골 손님에게 아내를 위한 결혼기념일 깜짝 선물로 출장 연주를 와 달라는 부탁을 받게 된다. 하지만 결혼기념일 당일, 의뢰인은 이미 싸늘한 시체가 되어 집 안을 뒹굴고 있는 가운데 그의 아내이자 그를 살해한 범인 ‘시미’(타부)가 태연히 아카쉬를 맞이하는데...
