미래 정부는 범람하는 범죄형 VR 게임을 검열하기 위한 내무 부서인 C 부서를 조직하고 센서라는 특수 요원들을 침투시켜 반사회적인 VR 게임을 감시한다. C 부서에선 센서를 훈련해 현장으로 보내는 일도 맡아 하고 있다. C 부서 최정예 요원인 스타니슬로브(스타스)와 알렉스는 어느 날 군사 훈련을 검열했다가 정부에게 시정 명령을 받게 되고, C 부서의 서장인 안드레이는 둘 중 한 사람만 처벌을 면해 주겠다는 조건을 걸고 스타스와 알렉스 중 최고의 센서를 가리라고 명한다.

A child is born dead, and intimidated doctor decides to replace it for a living. On the same day another woman gave birth to twin-girls, one of which is changed. Ironically, the two girls called Masha.
