The first film saga about Novi Sad, a work signed by directors Gvozden Đurić and Žanko Tomić, and will show the interweaving of Serbian culture and tradition with European ideals and challenges of the 18th century.

세르비아의 작은 마을. 일일 노동자이자 두 아이의 아버지인 니콜라는 가난과 굶주림으로 아내가 극단적인 행동을 하자, 아이들을 포기하고 센터에 맡기라는 명령을 받는다. 니콜라는 최선을 다해 호소하지만, 사회복지센터장은 아이들을 돌려주지 않고 상황에는 점차 희망이 사라진다. 하지만 니콜라는 지방청 자체가 부패했을 수도 있다는 가능성을 발견하고, 세르비아를 가로질러 수도인 베오그라드의 중앙 정부로 찾아가기로 결심한다. (제22회 전주 영화제)
