When Greipr, a young alcoholic, is released from his rehabilitation he enters the world with a newly lit optimism. During rehab he met Lea, a single mother who is currently in a conflict with the social services regarding the custody of her daughter. Greipr tries to help Lea and together they start dreaming of a better life--but not all dreams can come true.

Anita and Gunnar live a calm, retired life. They don’t make love anymore. They watch TV. When Anita makes a wish and is visited by a young, virile TV show host, the couple is suddenly faced with life-changing events.
