산 속 깊이 위치한 야사카 마을. 이곳은 단 43명의 주민만이 살고있는 고립된 곳으로, 외지인들에게는 거의 공개되지 않은 비밀스러운 마을이다. 어느 날 한 대학 교수와 그의 조교, 그리고 4명의 여학생들은 세미나 캠프를 위해 이 미스테리한 마을에 머무르게 된다. 소녀들과 교수을 환대 해 주는 마을 사람들, 그러나 왠지 이 마을에는 단 한 명의 여자아이도 존재 하지 않다는 사실을 알게 되고 마을이 뭔가 비밀을 숨기고 있다는 의심을 품게 된다. 이후 교수와 소녀들은 야사카 마을에 내려진 끔찍한 저주와 비밀을 알게된다. 그리고 마을 사람들은 저주를 풀기 위한 제물로 소녀들을 죽여 바치려고 하는데... 고립된 마을에서 꼼짝없이 제물이 될 위기에 처해진 소녀들, 광기의 피로 물든 마을을 벗어나기 위해 그녀들은 필사적으로 도망치기 시작한다.
